The police officer started yelling [...] and pushed me

It happened in the immigration's office, I went to the office to ask for information about my citizenship application. I had sent an email earlier but they hadn't replied, so I went in person. When I arrived there was a police officer at the reception, I asked him for information and he said I had to read what was written on the bulletin board, but I had already done so. My problem was the penal certificate which was about to expire. When I was explaining it, the police officer started yelling, he came out of the porter's lodge, without a mask, and started pushing me. I told him to put on a mask and not to push me, because it's a public office and I was there to ask for information, nothing illegal. He then asked me for my identity, threatening to press charger against me. I said no. Other police officers came to know what happened, I tried to explain and gave my ID card to another police officer. I called my lawyer who came with my wife. The police officer, who yelled at me and pushed me, then put on the mask and justified himself saying "it was a language-communication problem".
