I’m doing everything I can to get legal residence, but there's no way.

At the beginning of 2020 I was stopped by the police. They asked me for my ID but I had nothing; at the time I still hadn’t received a single document from the police station. Because I didn’t show the police my ID they asked my address, and they came to where I lived to check.

I got a special protection permit but I can’t get an ID card without a residence permit. I’m doing everything I can to get legal residence,but there's no way.  .
I can’t open a bank account without an ID card and when I find a job they ask me for my IBAN code, which I don’t have. That’s why I lose the job, and I’ve got to earn a living because I’m not in the assistance scheme.
